William Chris Kneeshaw
Chris is a trial attorney with experience in all matters of litigation and dispute resolution. Since joining the firm in 2009, Chris has represented individuals and businesses in litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters for a variety of legal issues in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts. Chris has conducted jury and bench trials before the District and Boston Municipal Court, Superior Court, Probate and Family Court, Housing Court, and Land Court Departments in a variety of legal disputes involving contract and business conflicts, employment and discrimination matters, real property and land disputes, family law, landlord/tenant and condominium disputes, trust and estate disputes, as well as criminal defense. In addition to his experience with civil and criminal litigation in court, Chris also represents clients in administrative proceedings before local, state, and federal agencies.
